Lykke Li took to Kagelbanan in Stockholm, Sweden and performed a brief live set ( it’s hard to make out if this is the full set unless you speak Swedish). It appears she’s mostly performing new material at the show, as she blasts out her two latest singles “Get Some” and “I Follow Rivers.”

A short video surfaced last night of the Doc giving a release date for his upcoming album, Detox. Earlier today, a rep from the Doc’s camp tells MTV News that the clip wasn’t referring to the album’s arrival. It remains unclear what Dre was referring to.

Seems he’s thriving for perfection due to the long delay of Detox, which will be Dre’s first album since his 2001 LP in 1999.

“(I’m) trying to put it out by the end of the fall,” said Dre about Detox in a previous interview this past summer with MTV. “Trying to give everybody what they’ve been waitin’ for and make sure they’re not disappointed; that’s all I’m doing.”

This video makes me want to hop back on my skateboard even more so than I have been wanting to or actually meaning to lately. This is a skate video filmed by Atiba Jefferson and Ty Evans who were playing around with the Lumix GH2 DSLR camera for Panasonic and features a track from Panda Bear. Lupe Fiasco stirs up some controversy with the preview for “Words I Never Said,” the second single from Lasers featuring Skylar Gray. The beat was prodcued by Grammy nominee Alex Da Kid. In the video the track plays in the background as lyrics including “I can’t take back the words I never said” and “It’s so loud inside my head with words that I should have said” scroll across billboards and tickers in New York City’s Times Square.

Lupe previously said that “It’s gonna be really big. It’s a big, controversial record,” of the follow-up to “The Show Goes On.” The politically-charged song premieres February 1st, followed by Lasers on March 8!

Travis Barker will finally Give The Drummer Some on March 15th. Though there have been some delays the first single will be the title track and feature Game, Swizz Beatz, Lil Wayne, and Rick Ross. Other guests include the Clipse, Ludacris and Kid Cudi. I’m sure the Drummer will have more in store.
